What you’ll do

Because this is a new role, it’s your chance to come in and make your mark, suggest ideas and put them into action. You’ll be data savvy, commercially astute and confident working across the business to drive experiences that deliver high quality customer conversion and overall market share growth.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Working closely with the marketing, customer support and product teams to identify areas for improvement across the customer journey – from acquisition to trial and conversion through to retention
  • Prioritise, plan, implement and monitor the lead generation, conversion rate optimisation program through effective online activities
  • Create and manage campaigns that incorporate A/B, multivariate tests and personalisation segments to deliver improved customer journeys and conversions
  • Implement, manage and optimise paid search campaigns
  • Contribute to shaping optimisation program best practices and driving continuous improvements across the organisation
  • Use performance analytics and user insights to identify actionable outcomes
  • Analyse campaign data within ad platforms, and dive deep into product performance using analytical tools
  • Report back to your team and the wider business on your learnings from your experiments
  • Develop and implement a rigorous testing process and learning plan
  • Analyse all aspects of our conversion funnel, identify the largest areas for improvement, and implement creative strategies

You’re the right person for this role if:

  • You measure everything and are focused on optimisation, A/B testing and scalability in a relentless pursuit of growth
  • You get a kick from seeing results from what you’ve implemented and will constantly be trying to improve
  • You know when to stop analysing and trust your insights to execute the most engaging campaigns that will deliver results
  • You have a bias for action and the drive to get stuff done

What you’ll bring with you

  • 3-5 years proven experience in digital marketing & customer acquisition – ideally in the B2B space
  • Hands-on experience with best practices in digital marketing including Search Marketing (both SEO and SEM), Content Advertising, and conversion rate optimisation
  • You’ve got a good grasp on Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, retargeting strategies
  • Must be able to thrive in a highly dynamic, flexible work environment and switch rapidly from strategy to execution
  • Proven experience in digital campaign management
  • Experience using Facebook Advertising and Google paid search
  • Be self-motivated and achievement oriented
  • Excellent time management skills and focus on quality
