You’ll confidently steer a team, act as a trusted conduit between senior leadership and your peers, and carve out best practice server-side strategies to ensure critical childhood development data is safely handled, securely hosted and extracted with speed when it matters most.

Are your full-stack capabilities strongly complemented with a depth of knowledge in server-side management?

  • Apply your talents for strategic, forward-thinking, server-side management in support
    of the development of children
  • Consider data protection, security and speed as you steer the impeccable performance
    of our products
  • Craft and review exceptional application code
  • Assist in ongoing infrastructure monitoring and improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership to craft and define engineering solutions
  • Work directly with the product team to define and evolve product features

Is this you?

  • 5+ years working with Ruby on Rails or an equivalent MVC framework
  • A good understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL in particular)
  • An unrelenting commitment to quality and ‘ahead-of-the-market’ outcomes
  • Solid knowledge of testing principles
  • Entrepreneurial, ambitious, caring and communicative
