Common questions

What is a webinar?

Webinars are short online seminars that are free to attend – all you need is an internet connection and sound. Listen, learn and ask our expert.

I’m not a Storypark customer. Can I join?

Absolutely, these webinars are free for existing users and new friends.

What if I register but can’t make it?

No worries, you can register for another session at a more convenient time.

Can I ask questions?

You sure can! These webinars are for you so bring any questions to ask during Q&A.

Can I invite other educators?

Certainly. It’s a great idea to ask some of your colleagues and friends to attend with you.

What do I need to participate?

A strong internet connection which you can check when you join the online workshop. You don’t require a camera or audio for this session.

Can I use a computer?

If you’re on your own you can listen through a headset, phone earpiece or directly through your computer. Check before the workshop that your computer has sound by playing a song or Youtube video. Make sure your sound is turned up.

Can I use an iPad or tablet?

You can go through your browser to attend the workshop, or download the free Clickmeeting app prior to the workshop (this could take a few minutes so allow enough time). Get the iOS app or the Android app.

Once you’ve registered you’ll be sent a reminder email within 24 hours and again one hour before the start time. Simply click on the JOIN NOW green tab in the reminder email and it will take you directly to the session.
