Xap's guided onboarding typically takes 6–8 weeks. You get dedicated onboarding specialists who have worked in early childhood themselves, a dedicated relationship manager, and Australian-based support throughout the entire process.

Xap's Safe Switch Framework covers everything from initial assessment through migration, security, and scaling. Every onboarding specialist has worked in early childhood - as a centre manager or educator - and a relationship manager stays with your service well beyond go-live.
